Morning sun and shade

The deepest shadows come in the summer when the sun is at its highest. The best time for a coffee break is mid-morning, when we watch the sun creep around the valley bringing it to life. The intensity of colours change as the sun casts the shadow away, dull green to emerald, dirt brown to golden dust.
